HFMA Region 9 covers seven HFMA Chapters in five states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. These Chapters serve over 3,500 HFMA members and reach well over 5,000 healthcare professionals with education programs, meetings, newsletters, and outreach.
Each year since 2003, the HFMA Region 9 Conference has drawn attendees from throughout the Region and nationally - with top speakers and topics.

Please Note:
Until January 1, preference for 2010 Conference Sponsorships will go to 2009 Sponsors/Exhibitors and those who were on the waiting list for 2009 Sponsorships. The application process will be open to all comers after January 1. Please see the description of sponsorship levels at left.
2009 Conference Benefactors may reserve a 2010 Conference Partner space at a reduced rate of $3,000 until January 1 (a saving of $500), or they may reserve any other space at the quoted rate for 2010. The spaces designated as Conference Partner for 2010 were very high-traffic areas this year.
2009 Conference Donors and those on the waiting list will be given first preference on any space in the 2010 Conference at the quoted rate.
To reserve your space, please complete the OnLine Sponsor Reservation Form. Your payment must be received by check or credit card by January 1, 2010. After that date, spaces will be available to all comers.
