Providers are employed directly by a Hospital, Health Care System, Health Plan or Physician Practice. Business Partner Registration Fees
Business Partners, often referred to as Vendors as well, are employed by companies that sell products and/or services to Provider organizations. HFMA Membership HFMA Membership is individual, not corporate. Please provide your individual HFMA membership number if registering as a member. Receptions Guest Pass Guest passes are for the Sunday and Monday Receptions only, and the fee is $75 per Reception. Guest passes can only be used for spouses, partners, significant others, or family members 21 years or older. Cancellation Policy Registration launch to August 31, 2024: 100% refund September 1 - 30, 2024: 80% refund After September 30, 2024: No refunds are available. HOUSINGHFMA Region 9 has reserved a discounted block of rooms at Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. HFMA Region 9 conference attendees are the only people permitted to reserve a room within our room block, and all others will be canceled.
The housing link will be included in the registration process.

CPE CREDITHow many credits can I receive?
This program contains a total of 20 CPE credits if all possible sessions are attended. CPE credits, learning objectives and fields of study for each session will be listed in the PDF agenda posted to the Agenda page in October. CPE credits are offered by the HFMA Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, sponsor #00713 of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. The instruction method for all conference sessions is Group Live. In order to receive CPE credit for each session, attendees must be in session for the full 50 minutes (1 credit) or 75 minutes (1.5 credits), depending on the advertised session time.
